Refund Policy

1. In the event of cancellation by you, a full refund will be payable if such cancellation is notified in writing to the DSC Camp Director at least 72 hours before the commencement of the Camp. The refund (minus an AED 150 cancellation fee, see .3) will be processed by bank transfer. Please note refunds may take up to 14 days.
2. Partial refunds for weekly or monthly bookings will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using the daily and weekly rate respectively.
3. The cancellation fee is AED 150 per child.
4. No refund or credit will be given for missed days due to sickness unless we receive a medical certificate.
5. If, for any reason, the Camp is canceled by DSC, the total liability of DSC will not exceed the proportion of the fees DSC has actually received. No administration fee will be charged in this case.
